I am so frustrated trying to get all of my paper work together before school starts in 2 weeks. I needed to get documentation of certain immunizations I have had in the past and ended up in a fight with my old doctor's office! You think most Dr.'s should know the difference between a PPD and TDaP! Anyways, long story short....I have since changed offices:)
